I am very pleased to announce the general release of Terrain Sculptor. It's been a while getting to this stage due to the limited number of beta testers. But, I'm confident we've got a better product because of the long beta.
Terrain Sculptor version 1.1.00 has just been posted to http://stuff4fs.com. New users can obtain it by navigating to the Applications/Terrain Sculptor page and click the General Release menu item. Current users of TS will be notified the update is available the next time they run TS.
I am particularly pleased to tell you that this release allows you to import existing FSX flatten .bgls. Thanks to Patrick Germain's CVX Extractor - which Patrick has allowed me to integrate - all you have to do is navigate to the .bgl and click the Import button, allowing you to embellish (for your own use) addon airports created by others. This feature also provides an interim method for importing flattens from your ADE files.
Currently, there's no equivalent import method for FS9 flattens other than importing their sBuilder .sbx files. I hope to add a FS9 .bgl importer in the near future. As well, Jon Matheson and I are planning an interface to ADE.
Enjoy,
Don
