P3D v5 Help Converting ITrafficInfo Gauge From FSX To P3DV5.

Hello everyone,
Currently, I'm on a project trying to convert the IRIS F-15E mudhen driver from FSX to P3Dv5/4 and I ran into a problem and need your help;
I have a gauge by Jivko Rusev ( the gauge is coded in RPN ) that is supposed to lock on other planes and draw a green box over them, now the gauge works perfectly fine in FSX up to P3Dv3, but in P3Dv4/5 wired things start to happen: (Now I know that it might be because of the 32-64bit difference and it is probably because of it but I think it's still solvable)
- For some wired reason, the gauge works in P3Dv4 when VRS | TacPack is installed.
- When in P3Dv4/5 WITHOUT TacPack installed, And the plane is in 90 degrees angle it locks on itself.
I have tried quite a few things but I'm not a programmer myself so I'm asking for your help with it.

I'm attaching a few pics and the gauge itself,
Thank you all in advance, Osher || Trigger.
