• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

MSFS KHMT Hemet Ryan Airport (Released)

My first scenery project has been released for MSFS2020. Hemet Ryan airport is located in the city of Hemet in Riverside County, CA. It features a main asphalt runway (5-23) that is 4,315' x 100' and smaller asphalt runway (4-22) 2,014' x 25' mainly used for Sailplane operations. Cal Fire and the Riverside County Sheriff Aviation Unit both operate out of KHMT. The scenery is a detailed reproduction of the whole airport including the solar field on the approach end to runway 23.

All buildings, static aircraft and vehicles have been custom modeled and textured to accurately capture the feel of the airport.

Holy cow - one of the best airport addons I've seen for a long while! Most pics look like real photographs, the amound of details is incredible. Congrats to this masterpiece!

Thank you Manfred I appreciate that. Its my hometown airport that Ive grown up at. I wanted to give it the attention it deserved.
 
Most addon sceneries become real gems when you have some big bearing on it. Keep on doing this great work!

EDIT: Just noticed it is already released! So keep on doing your great work at any future projects if planned!

This looks great! I've been hoping that these Cal Fire bases would be taken on! Hope there's more to come! You should reach out to Lars over at Contrail and get this on there also!

Thank you for that. Yes it was released last Sunday. Plenty more projects in the works

Thanks Alex! I would love to create more bases. Might be very popular in MS20204 with the aerial fire fighting missions aswell. Ill look up Lars thank you.

Hello, i thought this scenery was great. But I was wondering if the s2 project Is discontinued or is it still in progress?
