• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

It has been quite a while since last update. The project is not dead. I just finished the other project.
I'll show the work in 3dsmax. These picture is the true texture not the render photo. In FSX it will look like this.

Awesome, I'm flying out to KL and arriving at the Low Cost Terminal tommorow, I'll see if I can take some photos out of the aircraft :)

Airasia lands at the low cost terminal, a long walk away from the main terminal :)

I haven't update this airport quite a while.
The most difficult part has passed, the roof of the main terminal.

The overview of main terminal.

Those jetway are default. I'll remove them out later. Keep it in case the coordinate can be handy later.

I love this view.

The roof is difficult. There are some minor details that are not resemble to the real thing. But this is the best I can do. May be those detail will be done later if anyone notice that.

Looks great! I'll post a real life video landing at KLIA soon...
Thanks, OmniAtlas. I would rather not to bother your time. There are plenty of them in YouTube.

I have the tunnel of Monorail connecting between the satellite terminal and the main terminal.
This is the best I can do. There is some minor issue still.

Looking great Tic! Even at this stage I can say it is the best looking KLIA FSX scenery I've seen by far. Can't wait for it to be completed so I can update my scenery with this. :D

I'm almost done with the tunnel. It is quite difficult to do.
I think, without real tunnel cavity, it can give a better look right now.

OK, I got it and corrected that. Sama Sama Hotel.:D

I think this area is just a non-vital detail. Pool will be a part of photoscenery. But I can improve the detail of this area later.

Hi,
I'm obstructed in here. Please see the picture. I cannot find any pictures of these buildings on the east of main terminal near the fire department.
If you have one, please give me the link. Thanks.

I have some progress here.

I was just kidding about the pool, but it is important. The pool is what will make or break a hotel booking in my view. :) no pool, no me purchase a stay. I always partake in the watery adventures of my temporary rent-a-homes.

I was at a convention in Greensboro, NC a few years back, 2010 If i recall, 2 -6 hour session a day for 3 days in a row. I still found time outside of sleep, shower and eating, plus the 2 hour side meetings in between the sessions, still used the pool. outside temp was 38-42F daytime, 10-25f nights. Heated outdoor/indoor pool

Highlighted the pool.
