Black Mill
Addon Scenery For Microsoft Flight Simulator X and Prepar3d
https://www.uscentralairlines.com/black-mill-scenery/

-About Us
Black Mill is a legitimate business located in Centerton, Arkansas.
Our business was established earlier this year, so we're fairly new.
However, we are not new to flight simulation.
Some of our team members have thousands of hours logged in Microsoft Flight Simulator X.

-Experience
We are a vendor for simmarket and have already released one small airport on their website.
Our first airport was 2AR5 Ashmore Field. You can find it on Simmarket.com.

-Projects
We have many projects we would like to get started on. They can be viewed on our website.
We're starting with smaller airports and working our way up to creating larger ones, but this will require a few more developers to join our team.

-Developers
Originally, we had 3 developers. Early into our first project, 1AR5 Cherokee Strip, two developers immediately showed us that they were completely unreliable. Those two are no longer with us.
We have one developer currently working.
We have several beta testers eager to try out our products before they go on the market.

-Ethics
Our goal is to have meetings weekly to discuss our products.
We value the input we receive from our team members.
Developers are welcome to work at a reasonable pace to complete products.

-Goals
We want to earn a positive reputation with the flight simulation community by offering customers quality addon scenery at a reasonable price.
Our scenery will be all-season photoreal color matched to Orbx.
We encourage our developers to communicate, share ideas, learn, and have fun.

-Requirements
We are looking for developers experienced with 3D modeling, creating textures, ADE, SBuilderX, Photoshop, Sketchup, etc...
Developers are required to have their own licenses to create commercial products. (Photoshop, Sketchup, etc.)
We expect developers to be reliable and professional.

-Compensation
Developers will be paid commission based on how many units of each product is sold.
When we receive a sales report and payout from Simmarket, each developer will be given a percentage based on their role in the completion of the project.
Compensation will be discussed further once a developer is brought on board with us.
We will always provide a developer with a copy of the sales report to maintain transparency.
If a developer would prefer a payout instead of a commission, this can be discussed as an option.

If you or someone you know are interested, please send an email to administrator@uscentralairlines.com.
Title the message "Developer"

Thank you!
