Moving smoke

I have a problem trying to move the smoke on the Kaitaki. The ship has been resized to fit in with my AI shipping program I end up with this effect
Hope someone can help me sort this out?

Hi Kiwiusa. This response is a little late and may be of no use to you now but here goes anyway. :)

I suggest you copy the 'fx_Smoke_seikan.fx' file and rename it. Then open the new .fx file and adjust the emitter offset position. (I think there is only one emitter in this effect). In FSX you would adjust it by placing a negative value on the 'z' offset parameter. I'm not sure if that is the same in FS9, but trial and error here will be necessary to establish the correct parameter and the correct value. The particle offset values do not need to be adjusted as they will simply follow the emitter offset position. Make sure your entry in the effects section of your config file (concrete=fx_Smoke_seikan) is adjusted to account for the name of the new *.fx file you created.

You may find changing one of these parameters will help. They appear to be the location of the smoke effect and I suspect the one you need to change is the -75. It's worth a try.
