Moving traffic at airports

I noticed that with some FSX tools one can create special "vehicle" taxiways as opposed to a/c taxiways.

My question is how to I create moving vehicles within the airport perimeter? for example a moving fuel truck, or pushback truck or even cargo carrier trucks?

Hi,

Unless I misunderstood, you are just plainly asking how to create vehicle traffic on an airport?
If you use ADE, then it would be a good idea to read the manual. I believe it is explained quite well and better than I would be able to, how to create airport vehicle traffic.
If you do not, I suggest you do :D.

I use FSX Planner. There is a Taxiway | Vehicle selector but that creates a taxiway path for vehicles but I don't see anything to add the moving vehicles to that.

No, you do not have to add anything.
Once you have your vehicle route made (and do not forget the vehicle parking spots), traffic depends on whether how much you have put the slider in the FSX traffic settings, to the right or to the left.
