• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

FS2004 MQ-9 Reaper for AI

She's nearly ready, just working on some minor tweaks and getting all the loadouts sorted.

This loadout is currently being fielded in Afghanistan:

Google "Gorgon Stare" if you want to read about the real life version.

Fantastic work!

I created some low-poly static Predators for my Iraqi Air Base package some time ago... you've given me something to think about.

And still working on variations of the Predator B:

This version is called "Guardian" and is currently undergoing operational testing for a maritime surveillance mission by the USCG and USCBP.

This is a one off version operated by NASA from Edwards AFB, it's known as Altair or Ikana.

This is the finished screen capture of the MQ-9B version. All done, fully LOD'd and animated. My first AI aircraft model. It took nearly two years of working on it off and on to get to the finish line.

Also finished is the USCBP RQ-9A version and the RQ-9B Guardian versions.

Just the NASA version left to finish before the whole series is complete.

They say you're never done with them, always tweaking little things here and there......

After I posted that shot I found about 10 different things that needed to be fixed, which I've now done.

NOW I'm calling it complete and ready for simple load out variations. :D

Sometimes being a perfectionist is NOT a good thing!

Nice work Mike...it is great to watch a project being developed and then to see it finished...dedication and talent
ew

The good news is that it only took two weeks for it to get pirated and redistributed as an FSX flyable model.

Ah.. hmm.. No good!

But i wish i could fly it in fs2004 to....

Chance to help out to get it flyable?

Stian
