• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

MSP Airport ACFAD Troubles

Hi All,
have renewed my NWA planes to Delta and used ACFAD files. My troublespot is Delta Connection. The Delta Saab 340's are parking in the A&B concourses like supposed to. The CRJ-200's aren't. I matched up the ATC Parking code with the one in the aircraft.cfg file and it didn't work. I used the same code with the default FSX scenery and Detroit airport and it worked great. I have attached my attempted file and AI CRJ-200. Can you take a look at it and see what has gone wrong. What's also weird is that the CRJ's are parking at different gates. I compiled a list and they are C25, C26, C27, H1, E1, C4, E14, C5, C6, E16, C9, C10, C11, C12, E9, C14, C15, and C17. If you could let me know what's wrong with it I would appreciate it. (The planes are all Pinnacle Airlines.) I have attached both the aircraft.cfg(in a word doc) and the ACFAD.

Run the Fault Finder( in the Tools menu) and you will see that C25,C26 and C27 are not connected to the taxiway system. There are also several unconnected taxi nodes. As well as hold short nodes that will not work.
