This forum is a place to discuss developer issues with Prepare3d... not legal issues.
If members are concerned about the ethics or the legality of interacting with Prepare3d, they would best discuss that with Lockheed-Martin directly ( and privately ).
As I stated above, it really is
between each individual and Lockheed-Martin, and is no one else's business. This forum is not the place to discuss who can and can't...
Discussions that stray from development issues, or simple news links to Prepare3d will be subject to censure, locking, and even giving infractions if needed.
Regarding creating content for the academic version, from the original link:
