You want the green walls to be partially transparent?

Perhaps your alpha channel is not surviving the conversion from BMP to DDS? Open the DDS texture in DXTBmp and see if the alpha channel is present in the upper right of the screen.

I think the problem I have in the configuration of the texture in 3ds 'm missing something tutorial for beginners looking but can not find

Hi,

I assume you created a FlightSimX material in 3DS? If so, down near the bottom of the material dialog box is a button named Set Default Transparent. Have you pressed that?

You need more than texture's alpha channel to control transparency in FSX.
You need to set default transparent and set up Z-alpha test and Z-alpha write.
Try searching with "FSX transparency".
