FS2004 problem with .X exported from 3ds

I installed the plugin for exporting .X files in 3ds Max 2014 from here http://mjblosser.com/kw-x-port-for-3ds-max/
I read here in fsdeveloper that this extension could be loaded to MakeMDL in order to generate a .mdl
But i get the following error log

The message means what it says, your mesh has triangles with colinear vertices. These are triangles with their vertices in a straight line, so they need to be found and fixed or deleted.

According to the message the object with the problem is mesh_t

Hi,

On the other hand, those colinear vertices are normally a warning and MakeMDL will still compile your MDL. So it might be there is something else as well, but I can't see it from the log yet.
