The Port of Hamburg will be released on December 06 as freeware for P3D v4/v5 (registration required).

Countless hours of work have gone into the project over the last 2 years. On a length of 5 km (3 nm) all buildings and port facilities on the northern bank of the Elbe river are reconstructed by hand, as realistically as possible. In addition, there are facilities and buildings on the south bank, such as the two Stage Musical Theaters, the German Harbor Museum with the cargo sailing ship "Peking", the docks 10 and 11 of the shipyard Blom & Voss, AI shipping traffic and much more.
The scenery at Dock 10 is already ahead of its time, because the dock is already shown as it will be seen in reality after the reconstruction in 2021.

Of course, a port also includes ships and boats (AI ship traffic). While the smaller ships and boats that are part of the harbor operation constantly cruise through the harbor, the "thick pots", as in reality, come from the North Sea.

This results in lively shipping operations not only in the port, but also on the 100 km Elbe route between the North Sea and Hamburg.
In total, more than 40 different AI ships operate on the Elbe and in the port, so that even on the route to the North Sea, not a minute of flight passes without encountering a ship.
  • more than 40 AI ships (with those from SimDocks AI-Ship Traffic)
  • various static ships at the piers
  • countless buildings and port facilities, realistically reproduced by hand over a length of 5 km (from the Elbe Philharmonic Hall to the museum port of Ovelgönne)
  • dynamic lighting that gives the port its world-famous flair
  • Scenery configurator with many configuration possibilities, so that the scenery is adaptable for every PC system.
  • 2-way installer: Selectable P3D V4+ or V5+ and also selectable XML method or installation via the cfg files

Product requirements:
P3D V4.+ oder P3D V5+
Orbx Germany North

The release date is now fixed. The port will be available for download on SimDocks.de from 05.12.2020 at 23:00:00 UTC (06.12.2020 00:00:00 German time) (registration required).
