• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

if Sim have a feature to walk around inside aircraft, it would make this beauty look gorgeous.

Thanks guys! In the past few weeks, I've spent a lot of time on the T.5, although most of it is not directly visible.
Among others, I reviewed and updated the flight dynamics, according to the available data. Now it's pretty much on the numbers.
I also did some systems modelling and spec texturing.

Although I'm pretty well progressing, it's not finished yet.

Great news!

The T.5 is ready for (final) beta! I intend to gather the same team as in the last beta (september 2016!), but feel free to join. Just let me know.

Few pics for fun:

It's over six years now that I started the project. It's been a long journey, with a lot of things passing by in my personal life. Yet, I am very proud on the final result! I learned to appreciate the airplane through this process. However, in Dutch aviation history, the plane is not very popular and mostly put aside as "flying coffin" or "worthless".

Hi,

Thank you! Probably there will be a conversion or port-over or whatever they call it. But for now, it's just for FSX/P3D.
I do not have MSFS2020 myself yet, so that makes it a bit difficult.

Regards,

Congratulations. That is a great effort to continue development for so long on a project you are passionate about. The aircraft looks great!

Ahhhh, details! I had a customer years ago who told me of taking an old ex-RAF armourer to the RAF museum to look at the Lancaster and its bomb bay. The old man came alive, explaining how this or that bomb load was configured in the massive bomb bay. Then they noticed the staff gathered round listening intently: none of them knew any of this and they were getting a free explanation from someone who’d done it for real. :wizard:

Also added a bombsight using the functionality of FS9VIEW. Unfortunately, I could not render this view on a 3D poly (as I wished to plot it at the model of the instrument), but well, guess this is enough.

You could adjust its angle as well, with the knurled knob at the right hand side of the model.

Hi everybody,

Just uploading the add-on to the common download-sites.
Please, do enjoy it! It's worth it!

It's been a memorable journey of nearly 6.5 years. The journey brought me a lot of things.

Have fun, and for now, a merciful Christmas,

Cheers, Daan
