Removing stock approach for KSFO in FS2004

Hello,

I am a new user of ADE. I've been wanting to backdate some of my favorite airports. One issue that I want to fix is the approach to SFO for ILS Runway 28R. FS2004 ATC will put you about 63 miles out and then clear to intercept ILS (which, incidentally, only has about a 28 mile range). This becomes more bothersome when flying from San Jose (KSJC), roughly 25 miles from SFO. I have gone into ADE "Approach Mode" and deleted everything from 28L ILS except the Transition FAITH, which is 28 nm from SFO; however, ATC still sends me 63 miles out as I depart SJC. I feel there is something else in the stock SFO approach that needs to be removed to get rid of this behavior, but I am not seeing it.

May I please have some pointers on how to fix this?

Thank you,
Kurt
