• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Hmm, this is rather difficult. The default Bendix King radio coding cannot be read, so that's a pity... You could try to use the default radio as an underlying base, and code the 3D knobs using some simvars.

Look guys, we're getting ahead of ourselves. The product needs completion and testing. The radios and GPS need to work. The flight dynamics need to be tested and then... Then, a nice white (with a colored stripe of your choice) model can be added to the package. Kind of kidding with the last line. This is version 1.0. Come on guys. We need to add our support in getting this package up and running.

Agreed! :)

BTW GPS is never gonna work, because I am not planning to add it! Sorry no GPS! ... it has to be flown the other (conventional) way!

GPS does not have to be on the screen. You can add a GPS to the model to open within a window. That will do. If memory serves, there is a Youtube video for that. I'll have to go back to look. You might wish to look on Youtube or do a "search" also. It's coming together - not to worry.

It does. That said; users can add the feature themselves if they so choose. Right? I understand your decision. Press on.

And you can put out the product as you wish it designed. Win, win! You know the course to take. I'm going to sit back for a bit (next couple days) and enjoy watching your progress.

Best!
