I have some custom scenery I created a ways back where I now need to flatten a small area and remove all the custom buildings and trees in that area. So I created a small polygon and made it a "flatten" as well as excluding autogen using SBuilderX 315. I tried AB_Flatten_ExcludeAutoGen and AB_Flatten_MaskClassMap_ExcludeAutogen. If I am using default scenery and create my own scenery folder (with the flatten .bgl in its own scenery folder), it works as expected. I get a nice little flat area and it has removed the default trees and buildings. However, if I activate my own older custom scenery I get the flatten but no autogen exclusion. I also tested by creating a custom scenery folder and gave it a higher priority than my other custom scenery.
Now, the custom scenery I am talking about has photoreal ground textures at 1m resolution as well as custom tree and buildings autogen which I am trying to remove with this poly. Could it be because I have no texture folder added to the flatten bgl the underlying scenery is causing the autogen not to be deleted? That is to say I need to add a higher resolution ground image (or a mdl plane) with a higher resolution image in order to remove the autogen?
