Special toolls >MDL tweaker turns my model to gray colour.

Hi Arno,
I am making animated SODE jetway. It is skin and bone model. It needs to be modified the radius to be 2000 m in MDL tweaker. I do that I save the model but when I go back to see the model, it all turns grey. No texture applied at all. I don't know why that happens. Try to search all the options of MDL writer. Nothing to set. My jetway has two materials. Is that the problem? The last time I did this, no problems at all.

Hi Tic,

The MDL tweaker should be able to modify the radius bit of the MDL. It should only modify that bit of the MDL file and not alter textures or materials.

Would you have a sample model I can test with?

Thanks for the reply.
I have checked it again. Seems to be the problem of export or the model. I can see the texture in the model in Gmax and it is properly applied. But when I loaded the model in MCX, the material is grey color only. So, the problem is there before MCX.

I got it. Some how the materials are not right. I don't know what happened. I set up new material and applied to the model. It export right away and MCX works fine now.
