static object disappears at specific angles

I have this issue with a static object I converted with MCX, at specific angles it disappears or more accurately most of its parts do and some parts remain visible

Arno suggested to take a look at the bounding box and the MDL Tweaker but without any success

Any idea why it is doing that and what solution could be applied

IMHO, I think you need to see if the center (x,y=0,0) of the model is too far from the object center.
The only thing that I can think some of the objects in the scene is too far. So the game engine consider it is too far to draw.
Try making this part into less parts since it seems to be too heavy in poly count. Not sure what you made the product with. Since your converted with MCX.
