• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

For FXS FSX:SE and P3D!

Some sample pics of the project. Still have texture work, some textures are not finished and may look clean. Still working on systems and gauges.

Thanks to Zauris for precise measurements for the VC layout. The VC is modeled within 1 inch accuracy. The layout is based off a real conversion to allow either 2 GTN 750 units or a GPS and a weather radar since the GTN does not have weather options. So the middle section and the right section of the panel are flush and wider in the middle to allow extra room. And the upper eng gauges layout are not the typical layout.

Textures have AO effects but still have a ways to go to get the quality we want. Systems are spot on including things like steer lock and start up / shut procedures. We also have cabin pressurization gauges fully operational and much more. We will be including a cargo version that's why we went with the wider door. We also included clam shell reversers. Gear bays are full 3D modeled with high accuracy rather than painted walls. All passengers shades are animated including the pilot curtain. With Matt and Joe's help who are part of Flysimware's team we plan to produce spot on flight dynamics and systems.

Still deciding on what wood tone and color to go with. What do you like better?

Please release them both on the same day, I'd love to see people lose their minds over this!

You wait ages for a Learjet, then three come along at once...

Skip's, DG's and Bill's?

Thanks everyone. Yes this is going to confuse many customers with 2 Lear 35's being released near the same time. Skip's has the AP FC 200 and we have the FC 530. We also have the clam shell reversers so at least they are not totally the same systems!

Wow!! 2 Learjets on the horizon...great work guys...how about doing a Learjet 25A as well...since there is not that much difference in design and dimensions between the 2 birds!! o_O

Looks like another winner right there.

"You must log in". Nope, not gonna do that for a mere video.

I hope it's a winner as i got a new texture artist to do all the aging effects as this was never my area of expertise. Most of my experience is in modeling, mapping, decals, photo real altering and coding.

Still need a lot of color changes and a few more parts to texture.

But at least you don't have to join the group Heretic. Log in that is easy. Bill must have stopped by as he gave me a like on FB. I never see him on FB much!

Thanks for the post Heretic and hairyspin.

Sorry DG, but I really think that it's bad PR practice to have a video behind closed doors. What about the people without any kind of FB account whatsoever.

I tried to add the video here but i think i would have to add it to my website. So i thought my public FB would work for anyone. I guess you would have to log in.

I use YouTube for my videos (what few of them there are), because it can be set for public, semi-public, or private. It's also free...

Semi-public (or whatever it's actually called) is only viewable by those who have the hyper-link, making it ideal for forum posts.
