INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR C1003: Failed to create MSXML object! (0x80040154)

You need to download the MSXML4.DLL from the Microsoft website.

Scroll down towards the bottom of the page and click msxml.msi (5MB) download button.

Save & run the msxml.msi file.

There might be more recent updates,
suggest you run windows update to ensure fully current.
