FSX Photoscene

Introduction
FSX Photoscene is a freeware scenery design tool for Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX).
It builds photo scenery BGL files using photo "tiles" that have been acquired using tools such as TileProxy and other 3rd party tile downloaders.
