    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.

I just need to know what should i do to make my object with LIGHT_NAV_* material to flash in my scenery?

I want to create a flashing strobe.

Hi,

If I understand correctly, you want to have a strobe effect for a scenery object? And I hope you talk about FSX?
Then the way I would do it (but I am sure there are some easier ways to do it):
I import the scenery object with ModelconverterX, open the attached object editor, add an effect (fx_strobe for instance) to the object, export the mdl and compile into a bgl with librarycreator.xml.

Oh! i was talking about using bgl light effects for a strobe's flashing effect in FS2004 if that is possible?

Using *_0.asm files!

Maybe I am not such a fool after all because in that case, I do not know the answer to your question :D.
