Folks, I'm looking for a PC-based, preferably freeware program that will warp an oblique airphoto into an orthoimage, by registering control points to known UTM coordinates. This function is usually found in a GIS system.

P.S. In English this takes an airphoto taken from an angle and makes the image appear as if it was taken from directly above.
UPDATE #3: Holger has recommended the trial version of Global Mapper 6 available from the USGS website. Seems to do the trick.
