• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Dear developers of Flight Simulator.

My name is Sergio Rojas, Vicepresident of FS Megastore, (www.fsmegastore.com) a new Spanish shop based on Flight Simulator products.

I have been having a look around this site and I am very impressed about the quality of many scenerys that I have seen.

That's the reason why I am so interested to bring some of you (if you were interested) to my firm.

We would sell your products and we will share the profits. That's the just thing of the contract, upload your sceneries and let the people buy them.

If any of you want further information please contact me. "companies@zrproducts.com".

Thank you very much.

Sincerely, Sergio Rojas.

Hi,

Im very new to profit making and so I want to make some questions.

If the profits are shared, then there must be mathematical correct
selling number.

You sell that stuff and you first see the selling numbers.

But we, the developers see them second.

So is the base of the deal, that we TRUST you? That you give us the
REAL numbers and not some, lets say, corrected ones.

But I met many many many many many many people in live that were
a little, lets say, manipulative in selling numbers.

So, how did you manage that heavenly wonder, to stay always clean?

How is that handled with the correct selling numbers we cant se
first hand? Do you allow some undercover agent from fsdeveloper?

LOL...

Greetings

Well.

First thing, FS MEGASTORE is a totally serious company.

I said: "For further information please contact ...". If anyone is interested please contact us and we will reply any questions about.

Of course the way to let you see how many downloads have been made by our page we will provide a completely secure system to let designers see everyting is all right and realize we are not thieves.

Sorry about my poor English.

Thanks a lot. Happy new year.

Happy New Year...

...Sergio.

I simply wanted to know how you manage that.

Our mind is altered by our experiences. And so decision making gets more

complex every second.

Greetings

Hi again brother.

I did not want to sound "rude" or "unpolite", sorry if I was.

Our aim is to create an own brand of sceneries wich will just sold by FS MEGASTORE. Of course the base of the deal will be a formal contract. We know here we can find the best designers of Flight Simulator, that's the reason we have came here.

If any of you, or many of you are interested about create this "developing group" please contact us. We could be your door to the market as you could be our "hands" to make this real.

Thanks a lot.

On the other hand, if developers REALLY want to make some money, their BEST bet is to

a) go with an established PUBLISHER (that way a lot of the nitty-gritty of marketing, financial transactions, support and distribution will be taken off your inexperienced hands). Think of Flight1, Just Flight, Aerosoft, FSAddon.com, etc.

b) go with an established shop that has a large customer base. Already too few FS customers KNOW there are add-ons to be had, and even fewer know where to find them. ;)
Shops with 10's of thousands of monthly customers have a higher chance of selling a few hundred of unknown add-ons than a new one nobody has ever heard of.

The same holds true for developers 'going it alone'.... until they are really famous, their income will be very limited too !

No offense meant, of course..... and each to his own ;)

Of course

Be sure you can go to Aerosoft and tell them: "Hey, I want to work in Aerosoft, I am a really good developer". Then wait seated.

I just want to create a new brand based in our Spanish Shop, the same shop that is now working with Flight One, Aerosoft, Ch Products, Fs Planet, Fs Passengers, etc, etc.

Be sure you can go to Aerosoft and tell them: "Hey, I want to work in Aerosoft, I am a really good developer". Then wait seated.

Sorry, I think you have a misguided view of the world.... :)

All of these publishers use mainly freelance, independent developers and will take ANY good project to add to their list of things to sell. No waiting involved, you just need to have a good project ;)

It is not as if they are paying these people as employees and you would have to sit and wait.... on the contrary !

Cheers,
Francois
(one of those publishers)
