FS2004 Nose up Attitude Fix

Hi Guys,
I am using Pss Dash8 on Fs9. By defualt, this aircraft is having 5 to 10 degrees nose up attitude during the cruise portion of the flight.Nose up attitude does not allow to climb or cruise at 900RPM,becuase of more drag.
I found a fix on AVSIM forums, saying change curise_lift_scalar from 1.0 to
2.0. That fixed the Nose up problem. I get the normal 1.5 degree nose up. Now can climb and cruise at 900RPM. But since I changed it, it is giving me too much lift. When descending at idle power setting, at a normal decent rate(1800/min). The aircraft speed starts increasing, it becomes very difficult to make approach on higher speeds. Is there any other fix for the nose up attitude, so that I can get the nose attitude down to(1.5), and get the slower speeds on descent and approach.
Your help would be appreciated..
