Hello,
I want to developp my very first application using simConnect (till now I use FSUIPC), but I encounter some troubles with simConnect.h file in my environment. I use Visual C++ 2008 Express and buid a "console" projet. The project contains only the main file which is:
#include "stdafx.h"
#include "simConnect.h"
int _tmain(int argc, _TCHAR* argv[])
{
return 0;
}
When I try to compile this, I get a lot or errors in the simConnect.h included file, saying for example:
DWORD type not declared,
BYTE type not declared,
GUID type not declared,
HANDLE type not declared,
MAX_PATH not found
or error in the following déclarations:
#if !defined(SIMCONNECTAPI)
#define SIMCONNECTAPI extern "C" HRESULT __stdcall
#endif
typedef void (CALLBACK *DispatchProc)(SIMCONNECT_RECV* pData, DWORD cbData, void* pContext);
SIMCONNECTAPI SimConnect_MapClientEventToSimEvent(HANDLE hSimConnect, SIMCONNECT_CLIENT_EVENT_ID EventID, const char * EventName = "");
I could put the error messages, bit unfortenately there are in french...
Can someone help ?
Best regards.
