Night texture creation

Though written for Paint Shop Pro use, the concept should be pretty much the same for other 'paint' programs.
This tutorial creates textures for a bank that has a hanging sign on the corner of the building, night lighting on the buildings cornice and doorway night-lights. It is a simple little project intended more on getting your thoughts oriented on what can be done with night lighting.
