I love fuel at 400 per 1000... I just picked up another 1,000,000 pounds!!! About 4 million on hand now... :)

Stock is going up steadily...about to rise in price...

Good on fuel now for a while.....will invest in a couple more planes monday...

Well, get this... Fuel; $50.00!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the next 25 min's from this post.

Dang.. I went from 24M to 133M LBS for only $5m. Sweet!

For those of you that have a few planes now, you might notice now and then that a plane disappears from the Flight list. Check in Maintenance. Sometimes a plane has a system breakdown and needs repair. Click on the mini tools icon to get it fixed. Pretty big bills compared to getting an Infiniti worked on! lol...

I'm glad that real world fuel prices don't fluctuate so wildly... :twocents:

Well... I wouldn't second that. When talking about AVGAS we have in Europe around 2,30 € / liter in the moment, that's about 13,25 $ / gallon ( A reason why I love to fly in the States). To fill up our Piper Arrow is a little investment. If the fuel prices would go up and down like that it would most probably happen like "I'm sorry boss, I can't do the quotation now, I have to rush to the airfield and fill up the plane" :D

Wishing I had seen that 5 bucks... I have missed 500 twice in the last 2 days...luckily I am not hurting for fuel, but more is ALWAYS better.. I wish there were an app on my phone that would alert me every hour as to the price that hour. THAT would be sweet!

I guess some of you don't play the stocks in the game...cause if you do, and you didn't buy your cap of 100,000 shares of my stock when it was at .02....I tried to warn you.. I have risen it 5 cents in the last few hours... It's still cheap at .07..but it will only be there for a little while.. Imagine, had you maxed out at .02 cents/share, you would have made a whopping $5,000 profit in the last few hours.. LOL I know, sounds like chump change.. But, how about if I hit a price like some of these people have... You could make millions!!!!! I am still pissed that you can't buy your own stock!!! I think that is total BS.. What business owner wouldn't buy stock in their own company?!?!?!?!

Well, I can think of a couple.. LOL

PS: Oh, if you are new to the game...if you have not sold your 737 yet...SELL IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have not read the forum and the how to docs there, you really are cheating yourself.. I sold my 737 the first day...thus, all my fuel I was able to purchase... I wish I had read that manual before I started playing..I would be way ahead of where I am now...

Manual is here: http://apps.facebook.com/airline_manager/show_post.php?topicid=16667

Hint, airplane buying section...go to page 7. 1/2 way down, buy the heck out of the Dassault Mercure... Then make your routes the longest possible (click the distance button) and make sure they have a popularity of at least 85%...

Just added a nice new Boeing 787-8 to my fleet for only 19.5M.

I wonder if plane prices fluctuate?

I put this one on a London to Chicago. Seats; $3,800.00 USD each; 250 PAX.

:D

Fuel is now at $800.00 USD for 1000 LBS for the next 50 min's from this posting.

Get it while its hot..

What's the secret to getting your airline's budget to grow? I can't seem to get much higher and feel like I'm doing repeated go arounds. (pun intended! :D)

How do you get pax points without buying them or getting achievements? Almost 30,000 passengers and only 11 pax points none of them from flights.

I have found that having a high reputation, plus good food increases your chances of getting PAX points......:)

For those of you that did NOT buy 100,000 (the max you can have in one airline) SHARES of my airline stock when it was at .02....sucks to be you..and that is MOST of you!!!! LOL

I am about to hit .21/share and it is going up about 4 cents a day. Should go up a great deal in the next 2 weeks as I add bigger jets with longer routes..

I would LOVE to get fuel at 50 bucks a shot... cheapest I have seen or bought at was 400.00 And it seems they usually only get down that low in the early am eastern US time.. between 2 and 9 am...

If it hits under 400 per 1000, feel free to send me a text message at (513) 377-2366. :) I can play the game from my cell phone and am not at my computer all day.. I check as often as I remember when I am out, but if it happens and I am sleeping (those rare couple hours a day) I will be awoken by the text message sound...

Thanks

- Greg

Well I'm now in the process of selling off my classic B737s and Mercures and replacing them with B737-900s

Just picked up another B787.
