• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Brick = Shat.

Whether it be payware or freeware, I'm literally sitting on the edge of my seat here waiting to get my hands of that beauty. It's taken me over a year to comfortably make terminal buildings in FSX and do basic texturing, I can't imagine how much dedication your work takes.

Looking absolutely stunning! I have a friend that works for Cape Air and i've been around there equipment quite often, and this model is spot on! Can't wait to see what you have in store for the interior of the aircraft.

I have a original POH for the 421 as well as assorted 421B/C docs/info.

Let me know if you can use them (I can scan and send via email or post/mail them to you).

Nice work LJ on the Cessna 400 series ! ('any future plans for a FSX Lear 25/35?) :)

Thanks ... I have been thinking about keeping the aircraft "retro". With paint and interiors from the 70's and 80's and keeping it to the "bush bus" theme. Old work horse planes with both cargo and charter interiors.

Thanks Solowing... I must admit I was getting worried that I have posted to many updates ... was not sure if anybody was interested to hear or see what I was working on or maybe that it is that bad and that I was not seeing how bad it is...like people going on Xfactor and singing thinking they sound wonderful..but all we hear is a cat being murdered ;)
..so at least I know a few people follow the episodes.. or are tone deaf ;)
thanks

Thanks Chad, I have pm'ed you. The Lear 35a and 31a are my favourite jet models...I have spend many hours on the ramp doing some "plane bonding" with those two hence the name "learjunkie" ... and have them planned for next year sometime.

Hey! Have you given that beauty a go on FS? You should do that once in a while to check for weird shading and other problems that may not appear on 3ds max but appear on FS, especially weirdly smoothed faces...

G'Day mate! Im out flying in the 402B at the moment.. 20 hours in 3 days!!! I will get some photos for you either tomorrow or the next day!

I am interested as well to see this beauty in flight simulator. It already looks completed, it's time you do an export. I remember there was one add-on I worked on and never exported till the very last minute ... looked fine in gmax but in FS there were smoothing errors here and there, some parts didn't show up, some textures where flipped upside down...I had to go back and almost re-model the entire aircraft and re-texture it completely.

Export now, don't wait till later or you might do DOUBLE the work it has taken you to get this far. I'm pretty sure they will be fine and I am hoping that they will be, I hate to see you get frustrated after so much tedious work.

Thanks Ryan..happy flying mate!

@Xpand and MrFaosfx... I export to FSX each time I build a new part but there are loads of work left before it (exterior) will be finished. The release date will be around the 2nd week of December...
