• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Cheers guys...lots to do still. Flaps seem a bid more complicated to do than I thought. When they rotated down the edges crossed..so had to redo the entire wing just to cut the correct angles..and after 3 more rebuilds the outside flap now fits  Now the inside ones...

Impressive modeling skills, green with envy, LOL. The flight1 golden eagle was my favorite ride in FS2002 and FS9, this is a must have for FSX.

Seems like a lot of variants, any chance any of these will be out any time in the near future?

Thanks Maxman...I am aiming for December for the "Retro Pack" which include the C402B and C. The C421 and C425 will be around Jan and Feb 2012 as two separate models.

Outstanding EW, and I also just saw on another forum you have a helicopter in the works as well, lots to do, keep up the great job!!

OMG! I was developing a Cessna 402C for FSX in 3DSMax and GMax earlier this year and got discouraged when I had that problem with the flaps. My model was pretty good looking, but not quite as nice as yours.

I CAN'T WAIT!

Thanks...your Malibu looks great! ... so don't give up on that one...we need one in fsx!

This model is looking amazing! I'm a real world 402-C driver for a popular independent regional airline... ;)

I've been dying for a good 402 FS model and I would love to help in any way I can. Feel free to PM me :)

Ethan,

I just recently came across this thread when I did a google search for (402, cessna, FSX). Let me just echo what everyone else is saying....this looks fantastic! I loved the Cessna Golden Eagle in FS2004 and have been hoping for sometime for someone to create its equivalent for FSX. But a 402C...even better! I can't imagine the amount of work that goes into this, having only dabbled in some scenery design myself. Can't wait! You should consider taking donations after its release. I certainly would contribute.

regards,

steve

This looks marvelous! I love the 400 series Cessna. I actually have that Flight1 421 installed on FSX. It is usable.

I would pay for your 402!
