Thanks, I`ve visited the site and downloaded that version, but I don`t see an FS2004 option anymore. Can someone tell me if this version is not FS2004 compatible anymore?http://stuff4fs.com. Only the latest versions are available there
Thanks! Do you know how I could fix that problem?AIFP is compatible with all versions of Flightsin from FS2004 onwards. If FS9 is not available as a Target version, then AIFP is not finding FS9/FS2004 installed on your system
Yes, it is. I`ve already fixed it by adding the path to FS2004 in the AIFP config file...Is FS2004 actually installed on your system. If so, what is the fully-qualified path to fs9.exe in the FS2004 folder
I have FS2004 installed in C:\MSFS\Flight Simulator 9, and FSX in C:\MSFS\Microsoft Flight Simulator XThat AIFP couldn't find FS9 suggests it's not installed in the usual manner.
Thanks for your assistence. I have turned off UAC, haven`t installed in Program Files either. That it's installed in the default location doesn't mean it's been installed in the usual manner. AIFP checks the system registry to determine where is Flightsim. Since FS9 doesn't appear as a Target Version (until you apply the ".ini fix", one or more of the registry items usually involved in locating FS9 is not valid. Specifying the path in AIFP.ini works for most functions, but I can't guarantee all AIFP functions will perform as intended.
In any case, installing FlightSim on the C: drive has proven to be problematic because the UAC will be involved in every access.
