G'day,
New here and very new to scenery design. I've just got hold of FSDS, (a couple of days ago), and I'm trying to work it all out. There is something I'd like to do and I thought I'd ask here if my plan is the best way to do it.
I have a building that I want to place at an airport using EZ Scenery. I've found one I can use that's very close to one I want but I want to put a sign on it.
My plan is to create a very flat rectangular tube, place a texture on it and then save it as a BGL. From there I can "stick" it onto the front of the building using EZ Scenery.
Does that sound like a good way of doing it or are there better ways of putting a sign on an existing building?
Probably a stupid newbie question but, as I said, I'm new to this stuff.
Thanks.
