Would I need the Fs9 installed on my computer to decompile? Frank!
I cannot use Ttools on my computer as it cannot locate FSX. Only Fs98 and Fs2004. Frank!

... AIFPC can decompile an FS9 traffic.bgl file as well as recompile it for FSX (I think). I had a problem with this at one time and then used TTools for the decompile and havn't tried again with AIFPC.
The point is that if you have an FS9 traffic file that you want to use in FSX AIFPC is the proper (freeware) tool to make it FSX ready.

Just want to confirm what Art has already said. AIFP is the tool you should use for this purpose. Don has just release version 1.6.
