Aeroproyecto begins a new Cessna Stationair for FSX/P3D

Hello fellows,

Aeroproyecto begins a new Cessna model U206F "Stationair" produced between the years 1972 and 1976... After the standard model, the amphibious and maybe the turbo versions will be covered. I will post more pictures about the develop process. I estimate that first flight trials will begin on late december with hope.

Finally, hope for a decent rendition of the pre-hiatus Cessna 206 series! I used to turn wrenches on highly-modified U206G's for a nonprofit organization a few years back and loved these birds.

Yes, these are great machines. Mostly that was the reason for this project and no other on my long list I chose the F model for many reasons, but the heaviest reason was it overall performance... Those year models were pretty light, powerful and with a decent instrument arrangement... And, of course there is the look, the "ferocious" look of it one-big hole air intake is unique! Anyway, I will put everything on this machine, and with hope it will be a nice FS addon

Hello there!
Here an update of this U206F project. It is going slowly but considering the awful last years, going is enough for me I´m finishing the interior texturing then I will proceed to texturing the exterior model; modeling is finished, unless new features comes to me and upholstery is not definitive or maybe just as a variant. Normally I do this backward, but then I find my self extremely tired to face the VC, the most detailed so difficult job for me. You will notice that shadows engine is not working properly over the cabin objects cause the lack of exterior textures, sorry for that... No more talk, hoping you enjoy this!

Looking good! The last two summers I flew around 130 hours or so on a 1973 and 1976 U206F. It's such an awkward aircraft and it bites when not handled properly, especially when fully loaded. But I fell hard for it, a good landing is incredibly rewarding with this beast!
