Hello,
this is my first post here.
I have built a little ai piper arrow IV for FS2004. I am pretty happy with the model. Now I am facing a new challenge. The aircraft when used as ai floats about one foot above the ground when it is switched off. When it starts to move it settles down and taxies on the ground. When it moves to the runway it makes a little jump but settles back down and takes off normally. When it lands it lands one the ground goes to its parking position and a minute or two after switching off the engine it goes back up one foot and floats.
When I use the plane as ui it sits firmly on the groudn when switched off and when the engines are running but when I switch view modes from tower to spot it makes a little jump of one foot or so just to settle back down on the ground.
Has anybody experienced something similar and can tell me what is going on and how I get rid of this rather annoying issue. Thanks
Andras
(btw I have also posted this at the MAIW forum in hope to get an answer)
