• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Hello Thomas

Why show and fly in the FS-X world the Transition CARRL.

Because in the past the Approaches had VORDME's with a CARRL Transition. If you look at AIRNAV the VORDME's have been decomissioned and replaced with RNAV approaches. Your airport approaches need to be brought up to date.

The Aicraft when i am setting up a Left Hand Holding a Right Hand Holding ?

Left Hand / Right Hand means the way the plane turns in the holding pattern not what side the pattern is on the Terminal_waypoint. If you want the pattern on the other side of the T_waypoint change the Course degree.

I found a solution for this problem, i call it an even odd anomalie

1) Inbound 042° Left is on the left side not on the right side in this case. When you turn left. When 043° is set up he made a right turn, and this is the anomalie.

2) This approach is the HIGH TACAN RWY 14L, 24. JUL 2014

The newest one is below.

I use the publich informaiton of skyvector and got no information about this that no HIGH Tacan exist any more, have you a NOTAM about this ?

My mistake. I was not looking at the High TACAN. The one you have is current. The way I read your post you were able to get the hold pattern on the correct side with the even odd anomalie as you called it.
