• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

MSFS20 Another PAX App!?

Hello Everyone, I hope you are all well.

I would like to introduce, and show off my upcoming project - a PAX Simulation app..
What makes this special already is that it is a MSFS ToolBar - there is an external app, but the user will never have to look or touch that - just launch the toolbar, enter basic flight details and be on your way.

The ToolBar can be closed once a flight is started, it will update itself in the background.

This is my attempt at creating a pure dynamic passenger simulation, no over the top combined Airline Manager/Cabin Crew Manager/Airport Manager Software

The user flow would literally be like this: Launch MSFS > Open Toolbar > Enter: DEP, DEST, ETD, ETA > Start Flight. The toolbar can be minised or even closed at this point.

Each passenger is given a personality with over 50 traits - this is so not every passenger reacts the exact same to every event - so truly no flight will be the same - if you have a flight full of nervous flyers, you better fly extra smooth to avoid triggering a panic attack!
Got a flight full of drunken sports fans? better hope there is a cop on board to keep things cool to avoid esculation or diversion!
Got a flight full of kids? not all adults will be happy about that!

Still a work in progress, but it already is so much fun to fly with this and it just forces you to fly a bit more carefully whilst not distracting you too much by having to work with an external software

PS: Not sure if this is the right place to show off WIP ToolBar Apps, apologies in advance if not!
