• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

FSXA Bell 222

So here I am with the virtual cockpit and the 4 different communications radio setup. These are selectable in sim via a control gauge which will have other neat features as I progress along.

Customizable gauge to add your favorite avionics

2 things I would like to add is a payload manager and fuel load/dump gauge which will be accessible via the control panel.

Overall, this base project is about 80% complete with little left to do. Hope you enjoyed the new preview :D

The Bell 222UT has the pilot in place already. I've been spending the last few days getting all the models up to date and making sure I have at least a working model(s) for an initial release. Here are a few snaps from the current testing.

Awesome, really great work :). Is it ready yet?

Close, but not that close. I am building the 222, 222B and 222UT, all with multiple configurations, lighting, etc. I am having issues with the multiple avionics displays not working correctly in the 222UT, so I am fixing that issue before I go onto the 222B. Paintkit for the 222 is pretty much done, I need to do the kits for the B and UT models as there are parts that are different from the base 222 (3 paintkits in total). And so I won't get burned out on just one project, I am doing different aircraft at the same time, one of which is the Turbo Commander, so it's going by slowly, although lots have been done :)

Update,

Almost close to completion for the base model. The new model has features that can be toggled on and off via a control gauge, payload that can be toggled on and off using XMLToolsV2, the ability to add and remove fuel via a control gauge and much more.

It's been a long while since the last update for this project and I have since picked up on it just to take a break from other models. In this latest update, I have added 3D lights and volumetric rotor effects that will be the norm for all my models. I've also been adjust textures and code so it'll be more efficient. At the present moment, I have the Bell 429 in testing and will be released not too far from now. I also have the Bell 206 to be tested and released...sigh :P

Updating previous textures from the old model to fit the new model. They are not completed and are a work in progress. 11 textures so far.
