C++ Problem between SimConnect and Socket

Hi all,

First, I made black box in DLL Module for FSX and P3D with SimConnect and Socket (WinSock2) without WSA.
It works generally. I don't know if WSA is required for better or not.

Now, I decide to make EXE program for FSX and P3D, I updated C++ program to compile EXE.
It works only on the PC networked to PC with Simulator.

But, it doesn't work in the same PC with simulator and EXE module black box with socket.
my program can't connect Simulator because of conflict with socket...

I tried to use WSA with functions :
- WSAStartup(MAKEWORD(2,2), &wsaData);
- WSACleanup();
With WSA, SimConnect couldn't connect simulator.

I think, there is problem between socket and SimConnect

If you have any soluce or any idea, can you post your help? Thank you!

Chris.

I don't understand your problem. Are you running two different EXE's on two different computers? Is your EXE using sockets to communicate with your other EXE?

Can you draw a diagram for us?
