• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Cannot get ADE F20 to work

Hi, I apologies if this issue has been covered previously. I have just started using MSFS 2020 with FSLTL live traffic (which is fantastic) and have installed some third party airports. Of course airliners are not parking at the correct terminals at large airports like EGCC, EGKK EGLL, LFPG etc so I have downloaded ADE F20 so I can amend gates and airline parking codes. I had used ADE extensively and very successfully when using P3D so I thought I knew my way around!

I cannot get any airport BGL files to open. I get the attached message. I may have the wrong settings so I enclose an image of the folders page. I have tried a reload without success.

Has anyone had the same issue and if so what is the solution?

Did you use the Find button? The SDK is the MSFS SDK folder... did you download and install it? And where is your MSFS Content folder (the one that contains your MSFS 'Official' and 'Community' folders)?

I have loaded SDK and the latest update. The MSFS content folder and community are installed to the default locations.

Sorry to keep pestering you.

I have reloaded the latest version of ADE and used the "find" function on the folders tab, see attached. I assumed these must be correct but the programme cannot find the path-see attached.
