P3D v4 Compiler question

More of a curiosity question than a problem as I believe the warning to be benign:

'warning LNK4099: PDB 'sim.pdb' was not found with 'simconnectdebug.lib(client.obj)' or at 'D:\Prepar3D v4\gauges\sim.pdb'; linking object as if no debug info' (+2 similar)

I guess sim.pdb is LMCO's file; is there any way to supress this warning given that it appears to originate from the simconnectdebug.lib file?
I forgot when get this issue and what solved it , but surely it not pdb issue. the problem is in your code. as long as I remember is: I trying to disable recent code update before pdb issue rise to find where the culprit.
It is looking for the pdb file in the wrong location. You probably shouldn't be compiling directly into the gauges folder...

This particular one you can ignore. LM isn't about to release debug symbols for the SimConnect library, even if it is a debug version. They might as well release the source code. It won't affect your code operation in any way.

Ed: Yup, that's exactly what I'm doing! :) I'll take your advice on board.
Jon: I guessed as much. It's really just an irritation as in 'oh no - have I made another error somewhere?' when it scrolls up.
