will not complie my own Scenery objects into bgl format.
When I shall Save the project into the dedicated Addon Scenery file and press the Save buttom the main field in the "Save window" become emty.

I have reinstalled the FSDS 3.51 and also the SDK program BGL COMP as well the Make Model.

Can you help me?

Hi Lennart.

I first thing that comes to mind is a windows update or some other newly installed software that has corrupted or deleted something that FSDS is looking for.

Make sure you have “Period ” NOT a “Coma” in the Region settings

Make sure these files are installed.

MSXML v4
MSXML v4 is a set of services required to operate XML-based programs. *.XML files are used by the compilers from the Microsoft Flight Simulator SDKs (MakeMDL, XtoMDL and BGLComp). You will have to have MSXML installed in order to create aircraft and scenery.

.NET Framework v2
The .NET Framework is a software development platform developed by Microsoft that is required for the compilers from the Microsoft Flight Simulator SDKs (MakeMDL, XtoMDL and BGLComp) to operate.

DirectX 9.0c August Update or later
Flight Simulator 2004 and Flight Simulator X both include DirectX 9.0c, however Microsoft has provided updates to DirectX since 9.0c. You will need to have the latest version of DirectX installed in order for the compilers from the Microsoft Flight Simulator SDKs (MakeMDL, XtoMDL and BGLComp) to operate.

Can you post or e-mail some screen shoots of all settings in the “Preference” in FSDS.
And any error you get.

I had forgott to overwrite the asterix " * " in the window where you will write the dedicated adress in FSDS when you shall compile the scenrey object into
the FS9.

Shame on me!
