Yes.As I am not sure, if a material is transparent in blender it will be transparent in fsx, right?

Does that also work for mirroring?Yes.
No, the "Mirror" function is a build-in Blender (edit, modifier) function, to be used for 3D MODELLING, It has nothing to do for light-reflection on any surface2. Can you do for example reflective instruments with the blender mirror function?
Yes, Ferox you can. Krispy1001's "Blender2FSX" tutorial videos show you exactly how to animated flaps (and more) directly into your model.4. Can you export animations, for Example flaps directly with the model? (Is there a tutorial about that)

Looking good, instead of actually modelling the engine you could try & find a good frontal photo showing the engine through the air intakes & use it to texture polygons inside the air intakes.
That is also a nice way, adding more "depth" to you model via textures.Looking good, instead of actually modelling the engine you could try & find a good frontal photo showing the engine through the air intakes & use it to texture polygons inside the air intakes.
Oh , I was understood wrong, I meant the glossy(cycles) or the reflectiveness(Internal)No, the "Mirror" function is a build-in Blender (edit, modifier) function, to be used for 3D MODELLING, It has nothing to do for light-reflection on any surface

to take reflective materials into the sim you have to set them in the FSX material properties.Oh , I was understood wrong, I meant the glossy(cycles) or the reflectiveness(Internal)
