Not sure what is happening. I've been trying to convert several of the PAD DHC aircraft to FSX from FS9 and I have encountered a rather random issue with doors.
In the original models, the doors are usually tagged as either front or rear canopy. If I tag the doors to the door_0, 1,2,3 they all show up and animate in MCX fine, but when loaded in the sim, doors seem to randomly disappear. Seems to be only the DeHaviland models from PAD (DHC2 Turbo beaver, DHC3 Turbo Otter and the DHC6 Twin Otters)
It seems random as sometimes it affects the whole model, (DHC2T) or just the VC model (DHC3T and DHC6) I've tried compiling the model several times and it still happens.
The tagged parts just vanish. not jump to the 0,0,0 coordinate like if you didn't tag a part with the proper animation. And it randomly affects the door numbers.
Any help would be appreciated. It also seems to affect the Eugene Heyart DeHaviland Otter models too.
I'm using the FSX SDK to compile but running the model in P3D V3.
