• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Either / Or tweak.

Once, again I'm dabbling in T-hangars.

I'm making a strip of T-hangars at a local airport. Some hangars are "open" to that an end-user can start in the hangar, manipulate the door per NAV1 or COM1; while others are used with AI traffic. The AI Traffic hangars use Actigate to manipulate the door. Basically, on a Day of the week that the aircraft is going to fly, the opens. Conversely, if the A/C isn't scheduled to fly, the door is closed...Kins of like a real airport.

The unique twist on these hangars is that in addition to the standard NAV1/COM1 or actigate triger, I want to put a "hidden" trigger in the animation. This hidden trigger will be on all of the doors at the airport with a single trigger. (My purpose is for showing off my handy work of meshing together AI and design to my friends"

So basically, where would I add a second trigger that would function as an either / or type command. I've tried in in a couple of places, but no luck yet.

I can provide my code if anyone is interested.

Thanks

Hi,

I would try a structure like this:

Code:
IFIN1 label1, ... ; trigger 1
BGL_JUMP_32 perform_anim
label1 label word
IFIN1 label2, ... ; trigger 2
BGL_JUMP_32 perform_anim
label2 label word
BGL_JUMP_32 noanim
perform_anim label word
; animation code
noanim label word
