• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Hi there!
Just wanted to show something I've been working om lately. It's ENJB Jarlsberg Airport. The scenery will include photorealistic ground, costum ground poly (this is my first scenery with costum ground poly), probably 3D grass and flower and the best of it all is that it's free :)

Beautiful :) I've learned a lot myself the past weeks when it comes to some advanced ways of doing scenery, gonna be using them :)
 
Is still still going on?! I would love Jarlsberg for FSX! Jarlsberg is my home airport (I fly IRL), and I am there almost daily. If needed I can help you with info about the airport and taking pictures etc... I would love to help if needed! :)

I am glad to see that you are excited for my ENJB scenery! :) The scenery has just been beta-tested, and the release is really close (the scenery is done, but I am working on some release-stuff). I'll let you know if I need anything, But as of this version (v1.0), I dont think I need anything.. Anyways thanks :)
 
Thanks guys! Still working on seasons, however school makes it difficult to finish ;) I have redone the whole groundpoly, though, because it was very low-res ;)

I would redraw the ground textures in Photoshop.

It takes some time, but looks really awesome:

The airfield isn't visible at night, however the area around ENJB looks amazing in the night with AS Night Environment Norway :D

The zip is missing two textures for the tower, FJELLSTUA.DDS and FJELLSTUA_LM.DDS
