• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Flight Dynamic Book

About 5-10 years ago, I remember someone mentioned to me a book that was essentially the bible for aircraft flight modeling data in the real world. It was a book that had everything from inertia calculations, to wing twist, to basically every force that acts on an aircraft.

It was as comprehensive as something NASA could put out and offered so much data, far beyond what is available to us in FS9/FSX/P3D.

I'm wondering if anyone might know the book I'm referring to? I saw it in the bookstore, somewhere on this planet many years ago and regret not buying it now. I believe it may have been for sale at Borders in Hawaii before it went bankrupt.

I'm in desperate need to track this book down again due to a sim project for correct flight dynamic modeling. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I often read various thematic materials, but have not heard about this book. Now reading books is fashionable, it is popular, especially since many are increasingly staying at home because of the pandemic, and books are development, this is education, this is a wonderful leisure time, I recommend ghostwritingcorp.com/examples/the-yellow-wallpaper/ analysis of a cool book in a selection of various materials, analyzes and analytics, study The Yellow Wallpaper in essays and go on to read this book in full, or select the topic of interest on this resource and study, good luck!

Maybe the OP was thinking of “Airplane Aerodynamics and Performance” by Lan and Roskam?
