• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Hi everybody.

Can anyone tell me why the second number ( se pic) is increasing with
40 pixels every time when I start FSX.

After a few starts the splash screen is down at the bottom.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi,
When comparing my fsx.cfg file with your picture, I only noticed one differnce. Below the "SimObjectPaths" is a line called "Maximized". In my fsx.cfg file it's been set on 1 instead of 0 which is the case in your file.
I don't know if it will work but maybe worth trying. :)

Well the CFG updates when the sim changes settings. This is your location i think?
So maybe the location updates when you start the sim to a default flight.

The screen shot is from my computer at home and everything is working fine here.
I just used it to show you which parameter is changing after each new start up.

This happened after installing Win7 and the computer is running 3 projectors with
undocked windows. We are still going with FS9 jus to let you know.

I guess it takes one of the great Gurus on this forum to solve this issue. (Jon, Don, Aarno,Tom, Roby........)

Well, you're on your own with that problem. Check if any installed add-ons are causing this and reinstall or delete them.
Or reinstall FSX. Or Windows. Or...
