Hi again:
Please tell us a bit more about what you are trying to do with photo-realistic textures.
* Do you already have aerial imagery in geo-referenced GIS file formats (
ex: GeoTIFF or SBuilderX BMP imagery files with the accompanying *.TXT 'world' files) ?
If you do already have aerial imagery in geo-referenced GIS file formats, and the imagery quality is not "visually" acceptable to your personal preference for use as ground textures while flying in FS scenery, there are 'other alternatives' (for your own personal use if
not distributed to others outside your own computer).
FYI: Regardless of any visual quality issues with the aerial imagery you may already have available, if you are wanting to make autogen for the islands in the vicinity of
Mauritius, be aware that the quality of the Google Maps / Google Earth imagery is quite acceptable, and the Bing Maps lower altitude <
-zoomed in !- > imagery is even better, for processing of such aerial imagery tiles when 'captured ' using
SBuilderX or
FSEarthTiles ...as a "background image" to be used for detection of vegetation to
create Autogen via
ex: Arno's
ScenProc.
You may find that ScenProc offers more extensive features and better results than AGgenT.
NOTE: Arno's
ScenProc reportedly now has the ability to import the BMP-type of 'captured aerial imagery tiles' (with an accompanying "geo-referencing world *.TXT file" which bears the same file name prefix as the imagery file) stored by
SBuilderX.
Online aerial imagery tiles are visualized within the
SBuilderX workspace via:
SBuilderX Menu > View > Maps
Those aerial imagery tiles can be 'captured' via the
SBuilderX workspace, and used via "
Add Map from background" ...to create photo-real scenery.
The 'captured aerial imagery tiles' will remain stored in the
[SBuilderX install path]\Tiles\[aerial imagery tile server name]\ sub-folder.
SBuilder also allows one to specify the name of which
aerial imagery tile server one wishes to use during a particular "tile capture' operation.

The latest updates of the DLL required to capture aerial imagery from
ex: Google are here:

Hope this helps sort out what you are wanting to achieve.
